Return policy

   We want you to love your order! But if you're not 100% satisfied, we've made the return process easy. Most items sold on guterma.shop can be returned within 30 days of the delivery date, with some exceptions (see the "Non-Returnable Items" section below), provided they meet all applicable return requirements outlined in this Return Policy.

  Return Requirements for Returnable Items
1. Items must be returned in original, unused, unaltered, unwashed condition with all tags attached in the original packaging.
2. Items must be returned in new, unworn, undamaged condition with the original brand box and all accessories (such as bag hanger and dust bag).
  Return Quality Inspection
1. If you receive a damaged/defective item, please contact Quterma Customer Service within 24 hours of receipt.
2. When the returned item arrives at our warehouse, we will inspect and/or test it to ensure that it is eligible for return and meets the applicable return requirements above. If the item passes our quality inspection, we will refund the money. If our inspection finds that the returned item is not eligible for return or does not meet the return requirements above, we will refuse the return and refuse to refund or issue a refund.
3. If the return of an item is refused, we will return the item to the same address specified in the original order and deduct its return shipping costs from the refund amount of other items (if any) returned in the same order. The return shipping fee to ship rejected returns to you is currently $7.99, and we reserve the right to adjust this fee.
4. In certain circumstances, we reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to provide a refund for rejected returns instead of returning them to you.
