Welcome to Mantico's U.S. website, mobile site, and mobile application.
These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement" or "Terms") govern your use of the timeplanner.shop  website (the "Website"), the related mantico  mobile application available to U.S. residents (the "App"), any other written, electronic, and oral communications with timeplanner.shop , or any website, page, feature, or content owned and operated by us (collectively, including the Website and App, the "Service"). You must be 16 years of age or older to use the Service.

1. General Terms
1.1 Services. The Website and App are provided by timeplanner.shop . Where applicable, "timeplanner.shop ," "Company," "we," "us," and "our" shall refer to timeplanner.shop and its affiliates, and "you" or "your" shall refer to users of the Services.
The Services provide an online marketplace that enables U.S. users to purchase products from third-party sellers ("Third-Party Sellers") and/or timeplanner.shop . If you order products that require shipment to another country, you may be redirected to a local website for the country to which the product is shipped, in which case you will be subject to the terms of that local website.
1.2 Updates to Terms. We reserve the right to change, modify, add, or remove portions of these Terms at any time and at our sole discretion. It is your responsibility to check these Terms for any changes whenever you use the Services. When we make changes, we will make a new copy of these Terms available on the Services, and we will also update the "Last Updated" date at the top of the Terms. Your continued use or access of any Services or otherwise interacting with mantico.shop  after changes have been posted constitutes your acceptance and agreement to any such changes. If you do not agree to any changes, you should stop using the Services.
1.3 Supplemental Terms. Your use of and participation in certain features and functionality of the Services may be subject to additional terms, such as our Reward Points Policy, Coupon Policy, Return Policy, and Gift Card Policy (the "Supplemental Terms"), which are hereby incorporated by reference. If there is an inconsistency between these Terms and the Supplemental Terms, the Supplemental Terms will govern for the applicable Services.

2. Use of our Services
2.1 Use of the Services. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, timeplanner.shop hereby grants you a limited, revocable, non-transferable, and non-exclusive license to access and use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes and to purchase items sold on the Services, and not for any commercial use or on behalf of any third party, unless expressly permitted by us in advance. Any violation of this Agreement will result in the immediate revocation of the license granted in this paragraph without notice to you.
2.2 Restrictions on Use. Except as permitted in the preceding paragraph, you may not copy, distribute, display, sell, rent, transmit, create derivative works from, translate, modify, reverse engineer, disassemble, decompile or otherwise exploit the Services or any portion thereof, unless expressly permitted by us in advance. You may not use any information provided on the Services for any commercial purpose, or use the Services for the benefit of another business, unless expressly permitted by us in advance. You agree that we may terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without cause, in our sole discretion, without prior notice. In addition, we may from time to time restrict access to some or all of the Services, including, without limitation, the ability to upload files, make payments, or send messages.
You may not upload, distribute or otherwise publish through the Services any content, information or other material that: (a) infringes or violates the copyright, patent, trademark, service mark, trade secret or other proprietary rights of any person; (b) is libelous, threatening, defamatory, obscene, indecent, pornographic or could give rise to any civil or criminal liability under local or international laws; or (c) contains any bugs, logic bombs, viruses, worms, trap doors, Trojan horses or other code, material or properties that are malicious or technologically harmful.
In addition, you agree not to:
Use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in any manner that could violate any applicable federal, state, local or international law or regulation, SHEIN’s rights or the rights of any third party;
Engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone’s use or enjoyment of the Services, or that we determine could harm us or others who use the Services or expose us or them to liability;
Use the Services in any manner that could disable, overburden, damage or impair the Site or App or any other party’s use of the Services;
Use any robot, spider or other manual or automatic device, process, software or means to index or access the Services for any purpose;
Use the Services to distribute unsolicited promotional or commercial content or to solicit others to use the Services for commercial purposes; or
Otherwise attempt to interfere with the proper working of the Services.

2.3 Account Creation and Termination. In order to access certain features or services offered on the Service, you must create a timeplanner.shop  user account ("User Account"), including setting a password. You may not use another person's account or password.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your User Account and the information you hold for your User Account, including your password, and any and all activities that occur under your User Account. In no event will we be liable for any loss, theft, or fraudulent use of your User Account. You agree to immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your User Account, password, or any other breach or threatened breach of the security of the Site or App. You warrant and confirm that you will only use your own User Account or password when accessing and using the Service.
Your Wallet (as defined below) is valid only in the United States. If you reside in one country but order products to be shipped to another country, you may be redirected to a website that provides services for the country to which the products are shipped.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your User Account and/or cancel your order at our sole discretion, including, without limitation, if we believe that your actions violate applicable law or are harmful to our interests. If timeplanner.shop terminates your User Account due to your violation of any part of these Terms or other conduct deemed inappropriate, you agree that you will not attempt to re-register or access the Services by using another member name, User Account or otherwise. You may terminate your User Account at any time and for any reason by following any applicable instructions within the Site or App, or by contacting us as described in the “Contact Us” section below. If your Wallet (as defined below) holds promotional points, promotional coupons, or Wallet Credits at the time of termination or cancellation of your User Account, you may lose the ability to use those assets if you do not contact Customer Service, unless otherwise provided by applicable law. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, timeplanner.shop will not be liable for any suspension or termination of your User Account.
By creating a User Account with us, you acknowledge that we may send you promotional or marketing emails from time to time. If you do not wish to receive these emails, please unsubscribe from our email list using the link provided in those emails.
